Maxim Enterprise, Inc. LIFETIME WARRANTY

LIFETIME: defined as the lifetime of the product on the market or until Maxim ceases to manufacture of phases out the product.

The manufacturer's warranty applies to all products sold by Maxim Enterprise, Inc. to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use during the warranty period. If your product is received defective, damaged, missing parts or is not working properly we will replace the defective or missing part with a new piece or something of equal value subject to in stock availability, free of charge. The warranty covers the product during the period of time during which the product is active.

Restrictions do apply. Normal wear and tear, applies to the loss or deterioration resulting from ordinary everyday use of a product. Unauthorized rework, or repair, and damages caused by customer misuse and neglect are excluded from this warranty and are not covered. There will be no charge for the part/product that needs to be replaced, however a minimal shipping and handling fee will be applied based on product specifications.
